| The Waynesboro Municipal Court is a non-jury court system responsible for adjudicating cases associated with misdemeanor traffic offenses, drug offenses, shoplifting cases, and city ordinance violations. The court is presided over by Judge Percy Blount who holds court twice monthly. Angela Reeves is our Clerk of Court and can be reached daily at 706-554-8022 or 8029. Dress Code Please note a strict dress code is enforced and no children are permitted inside the court. Please refrain from wearing shorts, tank tops, flip flops, pajamas, sweat pants, or baggy pants. Angela Reeves is also our Records Division Supervisor. The Records Division is responsible for the storage of all reports filed by the W ServicesTraffic Accident Reports Traffic accident reports may be picked up at the Waynesboro Police Department.
Arrest Expungement - $25.00 When the expungement is complete, the packet will be returned to the applicant. The applicant is responsible for fowarding the packet to the Georgia Crime Information Center with an additional $25.00. Applications must be submitted to the Records Division. Georgia Criminal History Record Check - $10.00 A consent form will be required for each record check through the Georgia Crime Information Center. Applications must be submitted to the Records Division. Fingerprinting Please note the Waynesboro Police Department Record Division is no longer able to fingerprint for the general public.
